His Name is Ali he is a very good friend of mine his height is about 5 feet 5
inches and his weight is about 150kg at that time he looks like a mountain

and reached there on the next day, we meet him (trainer) he is a very attractive person
he is a german and his age is about 96 years old but he looks like 40 years
old he maintained his self perfectly that he is looking that much younger in
age of 96 he is very athletic and fit, we just got shocked when we meet him
because of his age, he is looking much younger and fit than us.
And we just met him and we told that we came from Pakistan to meet you
and want to learn the techniques you have in fat loss and he said " There
are two ways one is joining me and I will train you for a month and the
the second one is I have tips that I can give you and you reshape your life
according to this tip and you will be physically fit in no time "
My friend told him "that it is impossible for him to stay that long for
training so can you give us the tips so we can work on it back in our
country"
He said "I Have two tips for weight loss can I give you so you can work on it
back in your country but it cost 1500£"

So my friend so desperate to lose his weight so he agrees on 1500£.


The Two simple steps For Weight Loss by German Trainer


First Tip For Weight Loss :




1 ) The trainer said wake up early in the morning and don't drink and eat

anything then goes in a park and start walking slowly at least one-hour

daily

in the morning do this every day in the morning but remember to walk

slowly and after 20 days you will notice that your weight is losing.



Second Tip for Weight Loss :




2) In the second tip, he said that drink a lot of water every day at least 4

liters of water every day why? because our body is 70% of water-based

whenever we drink a glass of water our body retains it because of the cells in

our body uses water to work, and they retain the water in our body for

future use but if we increase the supply of water from outside the body will

not retain water because our body gets a good amount of water from

outside that will help us to lose weight fast
